Firstly, before every activity, the IC for the day should collect the valuables from the batch and give the valuables to the duty NCO before the activity commence.

Next, while falling in, the IC must ensure that he/she is always at standing in front of the squad and at the centre of the squad.

So, you have to give the necessary commands.
Sedia,
Kekanan Lurus,
Pandang Kehadapan Pandang,
Senang Diri.

Then, the IC must march towards the Admin head, currently SGT fengshan, you report as:

Good afternoon SGT, sec1 IC reporting for attendance taking SGT, permission to carry on SGT, thank you SGT. Then you may turn and march back to your position. Bear in mind that, YOU SHOULD TURN LEFT OR RIGHT AND NOT BACK FACING THE ADMIN HEAD.

Then, in SEDIA position, IC may take out the attendance list and call out names of the people in your squad. Must sure you call all the names in the attendance list and get the reason why they are not here. People who are being called should sedia yourself and you senang diri after the IC have taken note that you are present.

Then, march to the admin head again and report:

Good afternoon SGT, sec1 IC has completed attendance taking SGT, permission to carry on SGT, thank you SGT. You may turn and march back to your position. Bear in mind that, YOU SHOULD TURN LEFT OR RIGHT AND NOT BACK FACING THE ADMIN HEAD.

Return back to your position and face the front in senang diri position. Listen to the Duty NCO's commands. When kekanan lurus is given, turn to the back and face your squad. Then, when pandang kahadapan pandang is given, turn and face the front.

The duty nco will also ask you to report strength of your squad.

So you it goes...:
Yes, Duty NCO, sec1 IC reporting strength, total strength ____, present strength _____ Duty NCO.

THAT'S ALL FOR 1ST PARADE.

Now for uniform inspection,
The steps are as follows:
Sedia,
Kekanan Lurus,
Pandang Kehadapan Pandang,
Dalam Buka Barisan Kekanan Lurus,
Pandang Kehadapan Pandang,
Diam.

Report to the duty NCO as:
Good afternoon duty NCO, sec1 IC reporting for uniform inspection duty NCO, any instructions duty NCO, thank you duty NCO.
